Closest focus is 55cm from
outermost
edge of the lens, F 8. Focus on
the program wheel of the camera.
This lens, which I had
in stock, surprised me for such an old lens design.
Picture sharpness is good, even
wide open. Stopped down it's excellent. If you only want a tele lens
from time to time, this is a good choice. It has good capabilities of
close focussing due to a close focus setting, but with a shallow DOF.
Although it's quite big and heavy, it's a good in-case-of lens.
