Closest focus is only 9cm from
outermost
edge of the lens, F 8. Focus on
the program wheel of the camera.
A very nice lens, even
wide open. At F 2.8 there is just a hint of
shaded edges and a bit of softness. Stopped down it's very good in my
opinion. It has astonishing capabilities of close focussing for
such a wide lens. Carefully aligned there
is no distortion.
